Unter dem Einladungstitel „Digitaler Zwilling einer Immobilie“ haben sich mehrere etablierte Facility Management Unternehmen, Immobilieneigentümer*innen, PropTechs und Wissenschaftler am KIT getroffen und gemeinsam über die zukünftige Entwicklung eines Gebäudes gesprochen.

On 22.01.2020 the Institute of Technology and Management in Construction - Faculty of Facility Management organized the event "Digital Twin" and held it in its institute rooms. Several interested companies from various fields of facility and real estate management followed the invitation to Karlsruhe and participated in the event, which was sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

In the context of the lecture "Digitization in Facility and Real Estate Management" at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in the winter semester 2019/20, an excursion to the branch office of the company "Sauter-Cumulus" (SC) in Freiburg took place on January 21, 2020.
