Motivation
Since 2003, the Facility Management department has been working on the topic of system transferability of facility management to developing and emerging countries. The transferability of systems was carried out on the basis of research work. The experience and knowledge gained is now to be put into practice using Iran as an example and Iran is to be supported in setting up this management system. In order to apply the knowledge gained directly in practice, hospitals were chosen as pilot objects, which have already served as research objects in completed projects (OPIK -Iran).
Goal
The aim is to introduce and establish, together with the Iranian cooperation partners - oriented to the needs of Iran - facility management beginning with the training of facility managers in Iran.
